Grilles to suit 35mm or 45 mm single and double (pair) fire doors.
Doors finished with treated plywood or steel cladding
A maximum of three grilles (of the same size) can be installed in a door leaf with a minimum spacing of 200 mm between each grille, a minimum of 200 mm from top and bottom edge of door leaf and a minimum 110mm from the edges of the leaf.
Air transfer grilles are essential components in maintaining proper airflow and ventilation in buildings, especially in fire-rated environments. These grilles are designed to allow air to circulate between rooms while maintaining fire and smoke barriers, ensuring that fire protection measures are not compromised. Commonly used in doors and walls, air transfer grilles help in regulating temperature, reducing the buildup of smoke, and enhancing overall indoor air quality, making them vital for safety and comfort in commercial, residential, and industrial settings.
